Jack Leach to Pat Cummins. Stock ball half volley, to leg on the front foot defending, hit pad to leg gully for no runs, fielded by Archer. Aleem Dar brings this enthralling rain affected Test to an end, and it finishes a draw. The game hung in the balance at the start of today's play but after a superb 115* from Ben Stokes it was England's to try and win. Two early wickets from Archer got them off to a great start but the substitute for Smith, Labuschagne showed great resilience early on and grew in confidence throughout the session. Labuschagne along with Head helped steady the ship for Australia, however the dismissal of Labuschagne gave England hope. In the end though there weren't enough overs for England to finish the job and they finished 4 wickets short of victory. The series remains 1-0 to Australia but after this Test it's clear to see the series is far from over.
