Young Australian pacer Jhye Richardson has undergone a shoulder dislocation surgery last month, he is expected to completely recover by the time cricketing action restarts. Alex Kountouris(Cricket Australia’s chief medical officer) is expecting Jhye to recover completely by later this year.

Richardson got the shoulder dislocation while fielding during the Pakistan series and this injury has led him to leave the game for six months, he stated that “It’s a lengthy surgery but it does give him an opportunity now that we’re not going to play until … September, October, November or December … he’s obviously a chance with that,”
