Cricket Australia has announced the schedule for Test matches starting from December this year. The second test is planned to be a day-and-night match. This match will be conducted with a pink ball which is quite a different and interesting one to watch. The Indian opening batsman Rohit Sharma talked about the pink ball test in Adelaide, Australia starting on 11 December.
He said it will be challenging for him with this new format of pink ball cricket. He answered a question posed by a fan on Instagram, about this test match. Rohit also added that there have been many sporting activities due to the ongoing coronavirus crisis. However, with governments easing restrictions the training camps might start soon.
Australia has already fixed the venues for the four-match Test series. The matches would be played in Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney. On the other hand, Rohit Sharma had to play for Mumbai Indians in IPL this year. However this mega tournament was indefinitely postponed due to a coronavirus pandemic.
