Led by Sherfane Rutherford’s unbeaten 26-ball 50, St Kitts and Nevis Patriots maintained their unbeaten run in CPL 2021 and cruised to a comfortable 6-wicket win over Jamaica Tallawahs, at Warner Park, on Wednesday, to consolidate their position at the top of the points table.
Put in to bat, Tallawahs were restricted to 166 for 8 as none of the batters managed to get going. Chadwick Walton and Kennar Lewis took the attack to Fawad Ahmed in the second over, cracking 16 runs, but failed to sustain that momentum once Lewis fell in the fourth over.
