Cricket has been long played while the coronavirus pandemic has laid such a situation. It was March 13 when the match between two international teams took place. But now cricket boards of various nations including India are planning to resume cricket soon by conducting training camps for the players to get back to their normal playing conditions.
Few players in India have been organizing cricket training activities at their local facilities. But the wait is still there until the national team players will resume outdoor training, Arun Dhumal who holds the BCCI treasurer position has hinted plans on the training camps to kick-start at the earliest possible time.
On the other hand, West Indies is scheduled to play against England from July 8. The 3 match test series will start after they enter England today and quarantine themselves for around 3 weeks. However the training camps are arranged for the visiting team before they get onto the field for actual play. The players of Australia and Sri Lanka are now allowed to return to training in bio-secure camps.
