Warwickshire signed Bresnan on two-year contract

Warwickshire have signed up the former England and Yorkshire pacer Tim Bresnan on a two-year contract for the County Championship. Bresnan’s contract will last until the end of the 2022 season, and is initially a loan deal which is subject to ECB clearance, which will cover the remainder of the 2020 season which is set to begin from August 1. This deal brings an end to Bresnan’s 19-year association with Yorkshire, where he debuted in 2003, played a key role in consecutive title victories in 2014 and 2015, and won the club’s player of the season a year later.
